How to Unlock
The Klauser is the penultimate pistol to unlock in Vanguard multiplayer. The pistol becomes available once Level 35 has been reached meaning it may take a while to get hold of. To speed up the process, use some Double XP Tokens to get your hands on it as quickly as possible.
The Best Klauser Attachments in Vanguard
As the Klauser will act as a secondary weapon in the loadout, it's important to maximise stopping power and accuracy to guarantee the kill on any opponent that's been weakened by your primary weapon or to deal plenty of damage if you find yourself low on ammo.

- Optic: MK. 3 Reflector

As with most pistols in Vanguard, all ten attachment slots don't need to be filled to upgrade it. This set of Perks suits the Klauser's qualities perfectly. Ninja silences your footsteps to avoid alerting any opposition to your location while Tracker highlights any nearby footsteps in red, making it very easy to track down any nearby enemies. Last and by no means least is Double Time. With double the length of Tactical Sprint, hurtling around the map at breakneck speed has never been easier. Just remember to move slower when heading round a corner where an enemy could be lurking.

Thermite is proving extremely popular in Vanguard thanks to its fiery explosion that depletes the health of anyone nearby in seconds. If the Thermite doesn't score a kill, finish the job with a few shots from the Klauser. As you'll be up close and personal with the opposition on a regular basis, Stim is essential to stay alive for longer. Use it when on the verge of death to regenerate your health as fast as possible.
Field Upgrade
- Armor Plates
With plenty of close-range encounters likely to take place, the extra protection provided by the Armor Plates can often be the difference between scoring your next Killstreak or being sent back to your spawn point. The recharge rate is slow so be sure to use them where there's plenty of action.
