Alongside Infinity Ward spearheading the development of the sequel, a leaker has claimed there are numerous studios working on the game, ensuring a polished product with minimal flaws.

According to notable leaker 'RalphsValve,' Modern Warfare II will be a collaboration between a total of 11 studios with Infinity Ward being the lead studio alongside the likes of Raven Software, Treyarch, and Sledgehammer Games.
