As the Call of Duty League prepares to enter the second Home Series event of Stage 3, it has been reported that the London Royal Ravens has reportedly dropped Trei "Zer0" Morris from the team.

After a string of social media posts seemingly confirmed his departure from the franchise, Zer0 is one of the biggest names to enter the free agency pool during the 2021 season, which has seen a number of roster changes at the highest level of competition.

Widely considered one of the best players to come from the UK in recent years, Zer0's departure from the CDL isn't great news for fans of the Royal Ravens that were hoping to see him in action at some point on Black Ops Cold War.

But what are the reasons behind his departure from the team?

Due to the current health situation across the world, Zer0 has been unable to travel to the United States in order to compete with the rest of the Royal Ravens, leaving the franchise to call upon the likes of Christopher "Parasite" Duarte to fill in the gap left by Zer0's absence.

It's likely that the Royal Ravens have been unable to get Zer0 over to the US, which has ultimately left him unable to compete.

While the franchise has yet to confirm his release, a number of social media posts have seemingly confirmed he has left the team.

What Next For London?

The Royal Ravens currently sit at the bottom of the league table with just 30 points on the board and a 2-12 series record.

The squad is back in action during the Paris Home Series which gets underway on April 29th where their first match is against an in-form New York Subliners. Will the team be able to reverse the fortunes of what has been a rough season so far?
