Mauer Der Toten Wonder Weapon Revealed In Gameplay Trailer

After several weeks of teasers and speculation, Treyarch has finally released the first official gameplay trailer for Mauer Der Toten, the third round-based Zombies map to release in Black Ops Cold War. Releasing as part of Season 4 Reloaded, the map is set in Berlin where the undead have seemingly taken control of the city.

Alongside the return of the Mule Kick Perk, the gameplay trailer that was released on July 8th gave players their first look at the brand-new Wonder Weapon that can be acquired over the course of a match. Based on the footage, the CRBR-S packs a deadly punch that can be further improved in a number of ways in order to outlast the undead.

Mauer Der Toten Release Date

Alongside the gameplay trailer, Treyarch also revealed the official release date for Mauer Der Toten and it appears that recent rumours and leaks were accurate. The map will release on July 15th alongside a wealth of new content for multiplayer.

According to the blueprints and the gameplay footage, the base version of the CRBR-S is a fully automatic pistol that is capable of dealing huge amounts of damage to any opposition standing in your way. They also show that the weapon can be upgraded in a variety of ways to further improve its damage as the undead gets increasingly harder to eliminate. One version that was showcased in the trailer fires a three-round burst which deals an incredibly powerful dose of explosive damage, ideal for dealing with hordes of undead.

How To Get Mauer Der Toten Wonder Weapon

As of writing (July 9th), Mauer Der Toten hasn't been released yet but based on previous round-based Zombies maps in Black Ops Cold War, we can get a rough idea as to how players can get their hands on the CRBR-S. Typically, players need to collect a range of parts before assembling the weapon at a crafting bench which often appear all over the map.
