Season 4 of Warzone and Black Ops Cold War is about to begin after weeks of teasers, leaks, and speculation amongst the community. As always, the start of a new season brings in a wealth of new content ranging from new multiplayer maps, multiplayer maps, limited-time events, and so much more.
The upcoming season will see a total of three weapons available to unlock when it begins. One of the three has appeared in a previous Black Ops title and stands out from the rest of the arsenal thanks to its alternative ammunition.
The Nail Gun features unmatched levels of mobility combined with incredible damage outputs, meaning its addition could well influence the existing meta across Cold War and Warzone.

Cold War And Warzone Season 4 Start Date
Season 4 gets underway on June 16th and June 17th, with updates rolling out across Warzone and Cold War, much to the excitement of players.
Nail Gun Black Ops Cold War
This isn't the first time that the Nail Gun has appeared in a Call of Duty title.
All the way back in Black Ops 3, the weapon made its franchise debut as the DIY 11 Renovator and slotted into the SMG category alongside some incredibly powerful weaponry.
The high mobility proved popular when it first released and is likely to be a popular feature when players use it in close-quarters combat in Cold War multiplayer or on the streets of Verdansk.

How To Unlock
Unlike the C58 assault rifle and the MG 82 LMG, the Nail Gun won't need to be unlocked by working through the Battle Pass.
Instead, you can unlock it by completing an in-game challenge or by purchasing a cosmetics bundle from the in-game store that contains a blueprint of the Nail Gun.
The challenge requires players to score five eliminations with Special weapons in 15 different completed matches. We recommend jumping into Hijacked 24/7 or Nuketown 24/7 with the R1 Shadowhunter to score the kills as fast as possible.
