The main focus of the update involves Zombies and the release of Mauer Der Toten, the third round-based map of the Dark Aether storyline.

Alongside an all-new map set in Berlin, players will get their hands on a brand new Wonder Weapon known as the CRBR-S, a compact pistol that can be upgraded to deal even more damage to undead opposition. Mauer Der Toten Release Date

Mauer Der Toten releases on July 15th as part of the Season 4 Reloaded update that contains a range of new content for Black Ops Cold War and Warzone. It's likely that this will be the penultimate map for the Dark Aether story, with the finale of the story expected to release in the coming months.

How To Get CRBR-S Wonder Weapon

The CRBR-S can be acquired in a number of ways on Mauer Der Toten. Players can get their hands on the weapon by completing a quest in order to access the hidden weapon or they can take part in one of the Trials where it can be earned as a reward. Here are the Trials where the CRBR-S is available as a reward:

• Get Multiple Kills As Quickly As Possible
• Take Damage and Recover Health
• Kill Zombies
  • With Equipment
  • Within the Dark Aether
  • In Location
  • From a Higher Elevation
  • With Melee Attacks
  • While firing from the hip
  • Within close-quarters
  • While Crouched
  • With critical hits
• Remain Inside Location for as long as possible
• Rebuild Barricades
• Avoid Taking Damage

The third and final way of getting your hands on the Wonder Weapon is through the trusty Mystery Box. While it may take a bit of luck and thousands of points, using the box is probably the easiest way of getting the weapon. How To Get The CRBR-S For Free

As mentioned above, there is a way of getting your hands on the CRBR-S without having to spend any of your hard-earned Essence. In order to begin the quest, turn the power on using the Electrical Fuses that can be found. Once the power is on, assemble Klaus who is the key to this particular quest. Once Klaus is operational, target the locker inside the Switch Control Room. Klaus will break the locker open, revealing a Blacklight which can be picked up.

With the Blacklight equipped, you will be able to see a range of numbers that have been placed onto various locations on the map. Here are the locations for all three numbers:

• First Number: Next to the staircase inside the Garment Factory.
• Second Number: In the Service Passage on the wall.
• Third Number: Inside the Grocery Store on the wall.

Once all three numbers are found, head into Hotel Room 305. Inside the room will be a locked safe. Use the numbers found to unlock the safe and once it opens, a CRBR-S will be there and ready to use.

How To Upgrade The CRBR-S

Compared to Wonder Weapons that have featured in other Cold War Zombies maps, the CRBR-S is unique as it can be upgraded into three versions that feature a range of different characteristics. Players can upgrade the weapon by finding Mod Kits that Zombies will drop. Each Mod Kit transforms the CRBR-S into something completely different, whether it's one variant firing a direct energy beam or the other which fires three shots designed to deal maximum damage.
