As first recognized by PCGamesN, this notable player count allowed the survival game to break into the most played games list on Steam, reaching the number 8 position.

This is impressive considering the recent beta was for those who pre-ordered the game or were lucky to receive a code from Warner Bros. Given how influential the player count was, Back 4 Blood is likely to top an even higher record this weekend with the launch of its open beta.

Back 4 Blood will hit shelves on October 12th for PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
