Set in Francia, this new adventure will set Eivor on a dangerous path full of gripping questlines across the Frankish countryside, towards one of the most infamous conquest battles in Viking history. Players will get their hands on new weapons, abilities, gear, and skills to take on new enemy types. The Siege of Paris will also mark the return of Infiltration Missions, directly inherited from long-time, fan-favourite Black Box Missions. Here, players will have the liberty to choose the best way to eliminate their designated target. The Siege of Paris will be available for all Season Pass** owners or as a separate purchase by all owners of the main game.
[Original Story] - According to Ubisoft, this is the official description of the Siege of Paris.
In The Siege of Paris, players will have the chance to relive the most ambitious battle in Viking history with key historical figures of war-torn Frankia. During this key moment in history, players will infiltrate the fortified city of Paris and the River Seine under a prolonged siege, uncover enemy secrets, and form strategic alliances to safeguard their clan’s future.
During Ubisoft Forward, they confirmed our goal will be to secure your clan's future. This offered a brief look at new abilities, weapons and gear for Eivor, also confirming we'll get new enemies.
Siege of Paris Music Album
Along with the second expansion, the “The Siege of Paris” music album will release on 12th August, giving all fans the chance to fully enjoy the complete soundtrack. From today, they can discover “Hásæti”, the first track of the album composed by Stephanie Economou. With this song, she wanted to evoke a sense of spirituality and depth in the music, and vocals felt like the right avenue to explore. The lyrics are in Old Norse, with “Hásæti” translating to “Seat of Honor.”

Even with Ubisoft Forward's new details, we don't know much about this DLC yet. Judging by the title, it appears that players will be storming the walls of Paris.
A new synopsis was discovered in Valhalla's files, describing this new DLC as the following:
To the South, the kingdom of Francia has unified under a single king for the first time in a hundred years. Charles the Fat, the great grandson of Charlemagne, now wages a slow war against the Norse in Francia. England could be next. Ravensthorpe must make new allies in Francia to avoid the threat of war. A visitor will arrive at Ravensthorpe's dock to launch the adventure.
Siege of Paris Price
Ubisoft has not posted an official price for the stand-alone DLC, but we expect it will cost the same as Wrath of the Druids, which cost £19.99. We'll update this as soon as we know more information.
