Black Ops Cold War and Call of Duty Warzone have now combined.
The integration between the two games has propelled some of the Cold War weapons to the top of the chart within Warzone.
Now, players are patiently awaiting the brand new Warzone map which should be arriving with the release of Season 2.
Warzone is best played with your friends, as playing any online game solo can be frustrating to say the least.
However, a rather annoying glitch within Warzone and Modern Warfare appears to show all of your friends as offline even when they are online.
Here's what we know about a resolution!
This issue has been pretty consistent since Modern Warfare released all the way back in 2019.
We found an Activision forum posting from January of 2020, which notes the same issues players are still experiencing.
JayBluntski420#3392188 noted the following:
Modern Warfare: when playing multiplayer, my friends list is not showing friends that I know are online. This goes for both activision friends and Xbox friends. Even friends that I can see are online and in MW game on my Xbox friend list do not show up online in the MW friends menu.
Does anyone know how to fix this? Or is this just a known issue?
So, it appears this issue has been pretty persistent for over a year now and players cannot figure out how to fix it.
We have seen some users comment that it will eventually fix itself, or a simple restart of your game will resolve this issue.
It is one of the most annoying bugs within Warzone, as it hinders you from inviting your friends right away.
Be sure to let us know if you have encountered this bug and how you were able to fix it!
