Find the perfect Krig 6 loadout in this guide

The Krig 6 is one of the deadliest weapons to come out of Black Ops Cold War.

Now that it's featuring in Warzone, it's a whole new ball-game for the Call of Duty Battle Royale.

It's undoubtedly one of the more deadly weapons in the Assault Rifle category.

In this guide, find the best attachments to use and the ultimate Krig 6 loadout to dominate the streets of Verdansk.

Krig 6 Assault Rifle

Like all of the integrated Black Ops Cold War weapon arsenal, it is available for everyone to use without having to reach a certain level.

The Krig 6 is widely regarded as one of the best all-round weapons to use in Warzone thanks to its combination of high damage output and ease of control.

The levels of recoil can be difficult to manage without some attachments helping to bring the recoil down to more manageable levels.

Thanks to the wealth of attachments available in the Gunsmith, what are the best attachments to use on the Krig?

Krig 6 Best Attachments

  • Muzzle Brake 5.56 (Muzzle)
  • 17.7” Cavalry Lancer (Barrel)
  • Sillix Holoscout (Optic)
  • Infiltrator Grip (Underbarrel)
  • Dropshot Wrap (Rear Grip)

This attachment combination focuses on improving the mobility of the Krig in order to make it more effective in mid to close-range engagements.

The infiltrator grip and dropshot wrap increases overall movement speed alongside the ability to dropshot.

By selecting the Sillix Holoscout optic, you get a clear view of the action taking place in the vicinity. The low zoom does make long-range gunfights tricky but for mid-range duels, it is the perfect optic to use.

The damage statistics of the Krig are already impressive so we opted to select the Cavalry Lancer barrel which increases the damage dealt to vehicles.

Secondary

RPG-7 (Black Ops Cold War)

Upon closer inspection, the RPG from Black Ops Cold War has a much faster rate of fire than its Modern Warfare counterpart, so we selected it as the secondary weapon.

Perfect for clearing out a densely populated building or to deal even more damage to an incoming vehicle, the RPG is almost as versatile as the Krig.

Grenades

  • C4 (Lethal)
  • Smoke Grenade (Tactical)

As always, the choice of grenades are down to personal preference but seeing as we have focused on dealing with vehicles, we have opted for C4 and a smoke grenade.

If you see a truck rolling towards you, throw the C4 and detonate it to blow it up, eliminating everyone inside. As for the smoke grenade, utilise it to confuse an opponent or as a piece of cover to escape a tricky situation.

Perks

  • Double Time (Perk 1)
  • Ghost (Perk 2)
  • Amped (Perk 3)

Double Time doubles the length of Tactical Sprint and also provides a 30% increase in movement when crouching.

Ghost conceals your location from any enemy UAVs in the air while Amped provides a faster weapon swap and faster rocket launcher reload speed, perfect to increase the reload speed of the RPG.
