When is EA Play Coming To Xbox Game Pass PC?

We want to Play now!

Xbox Game Pass has steadily become one of if not the best deal in video games.

The service is like a Netflix for games, letting you download or stream a large library of titles on Xbox, Mobile and PC.

And on Xbox players can also enjoy a free subscription to EA Play, though PC players will still have to wait a little longer.

He’s everything we know about when EA Play is coming to Xbox Game Pass.

EA Play Delayed For Game Pass PC

EA Play was meant to release for Game Pass in December 2020, but the addition of the service has since been delayed.

In an Xbox Blog post, the team apologised and asked for “a little more patience.”

We’re not sure why the service was delayed, both separately already work on PC so we honestly have no idea why a combination of the two doesn’t also work.

This is one of those instances where we will likely never know.

But if we do find out what has been causing problems behind the scenes we’ll be sure to let you know!

New Release Date

The blog post also gave a fantastically vague “2021” release date for the combined service and very little else.

This could be January, it could be December.

We certainly hope it’s the former, and given that the services have already been combined on console since November, we hope we won’t have to wait much longer for PC.

As more developments happen we’ll be sure to keep you up to date!
