GTA Online Hidden Cache Locations: How To Use Sonar Station To Find Hidden Caches

Under The Sea...

Earlier today Rockstar Games released the GTA Online Cayo Perico Heist update on PS4, Xbox One and PC for all players.

This is one of the biggest updates to the game in many years and as with any significant update to the game, there's also new collectables to find.

One of these involves new hidden cache collectables, which might be a new daily addition judging from what we've seen so far.

A fitting addition to the game since Rockstar also just added a brand new submarine as well.

For everything we know about these new Hidden Cache collectables, read on!

How To Find Hidden Cache Collectibles?

As per the games new GTA 5 1.52 Patch Notes:

"New Hidden Cache collectables have been added to GTA Online. Players can find up to 10 Hidden Caches on the ocean floor around San Andreas each day."

Best And Fastest Way To Find Hidden Cache Collectibles?

To make the process easier and faster, players are encouraged to use the Kosatka Sonar Station to blip the Caches on their radar.

The Kosatka Sonar Station is one of many upgrades you can buy for your Kosatka Submarine, but it costs $1,200,00.

What Are The Hidden Cache Collectible Rewards

Unlike some other rewards in the game we've seen previously with new collectables players are only rewarded with GTA$ and RP for finding these new Hidden Caches.

It's something you can do daily and rinse repeat, which is at least one bonus, however until more information is available it's hard to say if they're an effective use of players time compared to other tasks in the game.
