Coming Soon!

Fortnite has continued to implement new and exciting content for its Marvel-themed season.

We are now in the final weeks of the current season, and with the season-ending event coming up; it is about to get hectic.

The new season is going to be one of the best in quite some time, and Fortnite has recently rolled out the final patch of the current season.

A new feature that talked about during the patch notes will be coming to the game soon.

This new feature is going to use the likes of Houseparty, to allow you to video chat with you and your friends.

Announced during the patch notes of 14.60; Fortnite will be partnering with the app Houseparty to allow you to video chat with your friends while in-game.

This feature is not in the game as of now but should be soon.

Here's what Fortnite had to say regarding this new component:

In this week's update, you'll be able to SEE your friends' faces while you play together.

We're introducing a whole new way to play using video chat powered by Houseparty.

We do not know much more regarding this feature, but this will be the first time Houseparty has collaborated with a game such as Fortnite.

As well, it is going to work across the following platforms:

  • PC
  • PS4
  • PS5

Now news on whether or not it is coming to Xbox users, but we can assume it will later down the line.
