With Black Ops Cold War now live across multiple platforms around the world, players will be hard at work ranking up their accounts.
In last year's multiplayer, there were plenty of opportunities to bag XP, with multiple double XP weekends in place.
Less than a week into launch, the game released a two day double XP weekend as the weekend was wrapping up.
Due to some technical issues, players missed about an hour's worth of play-time in the week.
So when will we get our next dose of double XP? Here's what we know.
When Is The Next Double XP Weekend?
Double XP Weekends almost always arrive during big content drops or launches throughout the year.
The next double XP weekend will arrive on the 24th November as this is when Nuketown 1984 will be added to the game.
This will last from 10am PT/1pm ET/6pm UK until the 30th November.
Nuketown is Treyarch's staple small sized map that has appeared in every Black Ops game since the start.
Having only launched with 8 multiplayer maps, it's great to see Treyarch add such a classic and increase the map pool.
Nuketown will likely play a similar role to what Shoot House and Shipment did. Allowing players to slaughter each other over and over again and earn tons of XP while doing so.
These maps appeared in 24/7 playlists and usually coincided with double XP events.
The next Double XP weekend after that will likely be when Season 1 launches just two weeks later.
Perhaps Treyarch will implement a double weapon XP event soon as players have expressed their disappointment with how long it takes to rank up weapons.
