A great game is all well and good, but sometimes nothing beats laying back and watching a great TV show or stream.

According to Sony, the PS5 will support all the necessary entertainment apps to allow users to do exactly that.

Sony has released a full list of the apps that will be available to download on day one of the PS5's launch.

Check it out below:

  • Disney Plus
  • Netflix
  • Spotify
  • Youtube
  • Twitch
  • Apple TV

Keep in mind that Sony is looking to increase the size of this list significantly.

Other apps such as Amazon Prime Video, Hulu and Peacock have been said to be potentially on the way.

On top of this, Sony has revealed it's new media remote to come with the console.
