No mention of a performance mode.

Watch Dogs: Legion launches on October 29, and a recent Reddit AMA has confirmed how it'll run on next-gen consoles.

Ubisoft's live producer Lathieeshe Thillainathan responded to fan queries about the game's ray-tracing and resolution.

Watch Dogs: Legion Post-Launch Details

In the post, Thillainathan noted that ray-tracing will be supported on both Xbox Series X and PS5, with both able to run at 4K with that enabled.

It'll be interesting to see if there's the possibility to switch off ray-tracing in order to boost framerate since the game will run at 30 FPS with it enabled.

User Deku615 asked "what are some of the features the Ps5 and Xbox Series X have for Watch Dogs? Ray tracing, 120 fps, 4K?"

Responding, the Watch Dogs dev account responded "Ray tracing, 4k, 30fps on PS5 and Xbox Series X".

Whether you're picking up the game on Xbox One or PS4, both versions of the game will be upgraded to the next-gen versions for free.

While Microsoft brands this as "Smart Delivery", the PS4 version will be playable on PS5 just as part of a free upgrade.
