The QBZ-83 assault rifle is one of the brand-new weapons that has been added to the Black Ops Cold War arsenal.
This particular rifle comes with a fully-automatic firing mechanism along with impressive mobility and handling statistics.
Designed between 1989 and 1991, towards the very end of the Cold War, this rifle is based on the Type 95 rifle which was developed by the Chinese.
Thanks to the Gunsmith, there are seemingly limitless combinations of attachments to equip, but what exactly is the very best loadout for the QBZ-83?
QBZ-83 Assault Rifle
The strong mobility enables players to fully utilise the QBZ-83 in a variety of scenarios, whether it’s up close and personal with the opposition or putting down some fire at long-range.
When firing the first few rounds, the recoil can be difficult to control but during sustained fire, the kick does calm down to more manageable levels.
It can be tricky to take down a target from long distances but up close and in mid-range encounters, very few weapons can contend with the QBZ.
QBZ-83 Best Attachments
- Muzzle Brake 5.56 (Muzzle)
- 13.7” Cavalry Lancer (Barrel)
- Foregrip (Underbarrel)
- Quickdraw Handle (Handle)
