Koming Soon!

NetherRealm Studios have today announced the Mortal Kombat 11 Kombat Pack 2 DLC and quite what a reveal it was!

Months after the Chicago based studio released the Aftermath expansion, the game is back, with more blood, more gore and most important more characters to get your mitts on.

The Kombat Pack contains THREE new characters, which includes Rain, Mileena and John Rambo!

A healthy addition to the existing roster, which to remind fans already contains 34 playable characters. 25 of those are the games base characters (2 of which are unlockable) and a further 9 DLC characters on top.

So it's not like players on PS4, Xbox One, PC or Nintendo Switch are exactly starved of Kombatants as it is.

For the sake of this page, we're focusing solely on John Rambo, but if you want to know more about those other character additions, simply click on the link above!

What Is The John Rambo DLC Release Date?

At the time of writing it's not entirely clear.

John Rambo, Mileena and Rain are all coming to Mortal Kombat 11 as part of Kombat Pack 2, but characters are normally released spaced out from one another.

In addition, NetherRealm will release the Mortal Kombat 11 Ultimate Edition on 17 November 2020.

The Ultimate edition includes the base game, aftermath expansion plus Kombat Pack 1 and 2.

When is Kombat Pack 2 Released?

For now, it's not clear if Kombat Pack 2 will release simultaneously with the ultimate edition, or if it will release at a later date.

We'd imagine it releases in tandem, but even then, it's not clear if this will mean access to all three characters go live at the same time.

What is John Rambo's MK11 Fatality?

For now, it's not been revealed, but the trailer does show big John wielding his massive Minigun.

We'd put good money on that being used in some form or another to pepper the opponent into many pieces.

Stay tuned for updates, this is a breaking story!
