Xbox Series X Pre-Orders Delayed Due To High Demand? News, Rumors and More!

Trouble in Paradise?

The pre-order mania that occurred over the last two weeks was undoubtedly some of the most stressful times for gamers.

From the PS5 to the Xbox Series X, many of you seemed to snag one of the two.

Now, it is a question whether or not your pre-order is going to arrive on time!

Amazon

Wario64 on Twitter posted a screenshot of an email sent out by Amazon.

Apparently, they are giving people the heads up that they may not receive their console on time.

This is identical to the email they sent out last weekend, but instead of the PS5 it is for Series X.

This does not surprise us, as Amazon has appeared to take in the most pre-orders out of any retailer.

With the number of units they have to ship out, it seems like a monstrous task.

The email reads:

"We're contacting you about your order of Xbox Series X to let you know in advance that you may not receive this item on the day it is released due to high demand"

"We are making every effort with the supplier to procure more inventory."

Delay?

It seems inevitable that at least some orders are going to be delayed.

In the case that they are delayed, Amazon is doing a good job of covering all grounds!

Hopefully your pre-order arrives on time and you get to experience all of next-gen on launch day!
