Operation Operator.

Black Ops Cold War will arrive later this year and will once again feature Operators.

As we get closer to launch and an Open Beta, we will get a closer look at how these Operators work.

Here are all of the rumoured and confirmed Operators for Black Ops Cold War's multiplayer.

All Confirmed Operators In Black Ops Cold War

Here are the Operators that have been confirmed for the new game:

  • Adler
  • Baker
  • Garcia
  • Stone
  • Portnova
  • Sims
  • Song
  • Vargas
  • Hunter
  • Powers

Thanks to @ModernWarzone for spotting this list.

We do know that the Air, Land and Seas pack will include Operator skins, potentially unlocking more Operators.

It is expected that some of the cast from the Campaign will be added as Operators at some stage.

The stand out picks would have to be:

  • Jason Hudson
  • Frank Woods
  • Alex Mason
  • Helen Park
  • Lazar Azoulay

There's also the new additions that will be added to the game that are not related to the campaign and future DLC characters from past Black Ops games such as Viktor Reznov and potentially even the Zombies characters Clint Dempsey, Takeo Masaki, Nikolai Belinski and Edward Richtofen.

New Mechanics And Fluid Characters

Everything in Black Ops Cold War appears to be more natural than previous Call of Duty titles, especially the Operators.

Four new mechanics are being added to help improve Operator movement.

  • Sprint Take Off - This gives your player a running start, you will start fast then slow down; just like in real life
  • Slide Crouch - In Black Ops Cold War you will start and end a slide in a fluid motion
  • Footstep Control - You will make more noise the faster you run, crouching can also make you silent
  • Jumping - They noted that the jumping is much more natural, and will slow you down once you land
