Fall Guys: Creative Director Shows Off Concept Art And More

So, why are they called Fall Guys?

Fall Guys' has become a gaming phenomenon, with players logging in to throw their adorable jelly beans around.

Mediatonic's creative director Jeff Tanton took to Twitter to show off some fun snippets of the game's development process, including character designs left on the cutting room floor.

When discussing the pitch for what was originally called Fools Gauntlet, Tanton revealed that the pitch came together within 24 hours.

Tanton also explained the reasoning behind the name "Fall Guys", noting that the team wanted characters that would "fail for our amusement, but crucially always get back up again."
