Rocket League is going free-to-play release later this summer, and the PC version will move to the Epic Games Store.
@FireMonkey_ on Twitter noted that the bundles are appearing under the developer name "My Test Org", presumably as it's currently going through a testing process before going live.

Currently Psyonix hides under the name "My Test Org"
Here are the items:
- Starter Pack
- Content Pack
- 100, 600, 1200, 2500 Tokens
- 500, 1100, 3000, 6500 Credits

As FireMonkey explains, you can't purchase anything at present, but we can still check out which microtransactions are available.
While the game will be entirely free-to-play later this year, Psyonix offers a variety of cosmetics and an in-game store.
It looks as though players will be able to buy Tokens or Credits in varying denominations, as well as two packs to kick off their Rocket League career.
