The event marks the end of the first season of the geo-located franchised league which marked a brand-new era for Call of Duty esports.

Find all the information you need to know about the tournament, including the format, prize pool and those all-important seeds heading into the biggest tournament of the year!

Dates And Times

COD Champs 2020's dates have been confirmed - playoffs will take place on the 19th-23rd August with the Championship Weekend taking place on the 29th-30th August 2020.

While no official statement has been made, it has been confirmed to be an online event.

The prize pool on the graphic is actually inaccurate, meaning it could be a mistake. According to these dates, the event is supposedly going to be finished in a shorter period of time than a Home series.

The final CDL event of the year is the Toronto Ultra Home series, taking place on the 24th-26th July.

Meaning we can expect COD Champs 2020 to take place sometime during August.

The CDL will be providing all players participating with the necessary equipment to avoid cheating.

Here's the schedule for the Call of Duty League Playoffs.
