Jason Momoa - yes, Aquaman himself - has let slip that the superhero who swims with the fishes is dropping into Fortnite in Chapter 2 Season 3!
After numerous teasers from Fortnite and Epic Games - showing what seemed to be a trident emerging from the waters - Aquaman is all but confirmed.
Here's everything you need to know:
The Aquaman skin is available now, but you'll need to complete the challenges below to earn him.
How To Unlock
To unlock the Aquaman skin, you will need to have bought the Battle Pass and completed weekly challenges.
Here are the challenges:
- Use a Whirlpool at The Fortilla
- Use a Fishing Pole to ride behind a Loot Shark at Sweaty Sands
- Catch 2 different types of fish in a single match
- Complete the swimming Time Trial at Dirty Docks
- Claim your Trident at Coral Cove
At Coral Cove, there are multiple trident locations. You only need to claim one, but they can spawn in different locations. Head to the whirlpool, and then look to the east of it. On either side of the island there, there are two locations, with a further one to the northeast of the whirlpool.
You can also claim an alternate skin by swimming to the waterfall at Gorgeous Gorge as Aquaman, and jump off.
