Deathloop, the next title from Arkane Studios, is coming to PS5 in 2021.

Offering a time-bending assassination adventure told from two conflicting perspectives, it sounds as if it'll offer some truly unique combat and gameplay scenarios.

Let's dive into all we know about the latest game from the studio behind Dishonored!

Release Date

Since E3 2019 we hadn't heard a lot regarding the release date of Deathloop, other than it's still coming to PS5 despite Microsoft buying Bethesda's parent company.

Thankfully, Bethesda has now confirmed that the game will launch on May 21, 2021.

Deathlloop is going to be a two platform exclusive when it releases!

According to a blog post posted on the Playstation website, it will not release on the Xbox Series X but instead will only be playable on the PS5 and PC.

Trailer - PS5 Event

Guns, Guns and More Guns!

As you may have been able to tell from the multiple trailers we have not seen of Deathloop, there is going to be a large focus on gunplay during the game.

In fact, the Dualsense controller will be able to simulate your weapon jamming by using it's Adaptive Triggers.

Multiple Styles

According to a report from GamesRadar, it appears there are going to be multiple ways to play Deathloop.

This does not come as a surprise, but we can suspect players will be able to choose from either a stealthier point of view or more guns blazing one!
