Publishing studio Take-Two Interactive, says they're set to spend a massive $89 million on marketing between April 1st, 2023, and March 31st, 2024.
Which is over double the marketing budget of any other year in the five-year period.
And according to analyst Jeff Cohen from the investment firm 'Stephens', the marketing expenses will be going on none other than GTA 6. Check out his full report here!
“We are not sure how much we should be reading into this shift, but we would note that this disclosure accurately predicted the launch of Red Dead Redemption 2 prior to that game’s announcement.”
Which makes his argument incredibly compelling.
If this is true, it would mean we're looking at another 4 years before we see a new GTA title.
