Both duplication glitches have been patched. Here's everything you need to know about it!

Nintendo rolled out update 1.2.1 for Animal Crossing: New Horizons on 22nd May, and it has fixed more than just a few bugs!.

Just as we feared, the duplication glitch is no more.

The recently discovered duplication glitches have been patched out of existence.

This goes for both methods, the table glitch AND the mailbox glitch too.

Plenty of fans and influencers have taken to YouTube and uploaded videos showing the glitches having no effect. It's a sad day for cheaters everywhere!

If this patch is too much and you're not ready for an island without cheats, you could ignore the most recent update. Unfortunately, this blocks you out of online and local play with other players.
