Pokemon GO Weekly Update
New Exclusive Box Bundle - 25th May
The in-game shop now has an exclusive Community Day box bundle, which includes:
- 1 Elite Fast TM
- 30 Ultra Balls
- 3 Incense
- 3 Lucky Eggs
Reshiram, Zekrom, and Kyurem are coming to Pokemon Go raids - 19th May
The Legendary Trio is finally being added to the game.
Reshiram will be the first to land, appearing in five-star raids on May 26 until June 16th.
Niantic didn't state which Pokempm would arrive next, but seeing as Zekrom and Reshiram are a duo, it's most likely we'll see Zekrom take over on the 16th June
Meaning Kyurem will appear a little while after.
June And July Community Day Voting - 19th May
The popular Augmented Reality game is bringing back choice and allowing players to vote for the featured Pokemon during June and July's Community Day.
Trainers can choose between four Pokemon to feature and the top two Pokemon will be selected as the featured Pokemon for both June and July.
The Pokemon are Squirtle, Weedle, Sandshrew, and Gastly.
New Shirts! - 18th May
Uniqlo Pokémon shirts will be coming to Pokémon GO on May 19th.
Virizion Back In 5 Star Raids - 13th May
This time, you might encounter a Shiny Terrakion if you’re lucky. There’ll be a Raid Hour featuring Virizion this Wednesday, May 13, 2020, from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. local time.
Terrakion will be available From Tuesday, May 19, 2020, at 1:00 p.m. to Tuesday, May 26, 2020, at 1:00 p.m. PDT
May Community Day 2020 - 13th May
May's Community Day will arrive on the 24th of May!
This event will include Seedot as the featured Pokemon with plenty of bonuses and rewards.

Final PokeCoin Bundle - 12th May
The final 1 PokéCoin bundle will contain:
- 1 Remote Raid Pass
- 20 Poké Balls
- 10 Great Balls
- 5 Ultra Balls
This offer ends Monday, May 18, at 1 p.m. PDT.
Players are encountering an issue due to having 3 remote raid passes and can not buy this bundle.
Friends List Issue - 12th May
Niantic Support is investigating recent errors affecting the Friends List, and have some fixes slated for upcoming releases.

The Johto Throwback Challenge is now LIVE in all regions!
New Ways To Earn PokeCoins - 8th May
As part of a test in Australia, players will be able to earn PokeCoins in other ways than just defending gyms including:
- Make an Excellent Throw
- Evolve a Pokémon
- Make a Great Throw
- Use a Berry to help catch a Pokémon
- Take a snapshot of your buddy
- Catch a Pokémon
- Power up a Pokémon
- Make a Nice Throw
- Transfer a Pokémon
- Win a raid
May Incense Day - 6th May

GO Battle League Season 2 - 5th May
Due to some technical issues, season 2 of the GO Battle League has been postponed until May 11th, with a plan for Season 3 to begin in early July.
Shiny Pokemon - 2nd May
- On May 5 you will be able to encounter potentially shiny Shellder, with the special bonus of 2x catch Stardust
- On May 12 you will be able to encounter potentially shiny Sunkern, with the special bonus up 2x catch XP.
- On May 19 you will be able to encounter potentially shiny Poochyena, with the special bonus up 2x catch Candy (Mightyena galore)
- On May 26 you will be able to encounter potentially shiny Bronzor, with the special bonus of 2x transfer Candy
New Field Research Update - 1st May
At midnight every day, Trainers with an open Field Research slot will now receive a bonus task without having to spin a PokéStop!
These tasks will focus on activities that you can complete from home.

Throwback Challenge 2020 - 28th April
The previously data mined throwback event has proven to be correct - the Throwback Challenge starts on Friday and runs until the 8th June.
Players will be given a 36 part special research quest line that celebrates iconic moments from Pokémon GO’s Kanto, Johto, Hoenn and Sinnoh regions, with thematic quests along the way.

Darkrai, Altered Form Giratina or Virizion Now Available In May Raid Battles - 28th April
If you missed out on getting Darkrai, Altered Forme Giratina or Virizion here's your chance.
- From Tuesday, April 28, 2020, at 1:00 p.m. to Tuesday, May 5, 2020, at 1:00 p.m. PDT (GMT −7), Darkrai will be available in five-star raids.
- From Tuesday, May 5, 2020, at 1:00 p.m. to Tuesday, May 12, 2020, at 1:00 p.m. PDT (GMT −7), Altered Forme Giratina will be available in five-star raids.
- From Tuesday, May 12, 2020, at 1:00 p.m. to Tuesday, May 19, 2020, at 1:00 p.m. PDT (GMT −7), Virizion will be available in five-star raids.
Players may also be lucky to encounter a shiny.
