Call of Duty Warzone is here, but attachments aren't explained and work a lot differently to Blackout. Here's our guide.

Call of Duty: Warzone is finally out, with the much-leaked Battle Royale racking up 6 million players within 24 hours.

If you've been playing, you might be wondering how to find and equip weapon attachments. Here's our guide to this potentially confusing topic.

Call of Duty Warzone: Weapon Attachments Guide

Unlike many Battle Royales, including Blackout, Warzone doesn't offer weapon attachments as pickups.

Instead, the majority of weapons that are found in Verdansk are stripped bare – offering the most basic of setups.

That means the only way to find attachments is to find 'named weapons' that offer preset scopes, extended mags, and suppressors. Here's an example of one such weapon.

These kinds of weapons can usually be found via supply crates or completing Contracts, the game's mini-missions that are found on the map.

There's also the option to set one of these deadly guns as your preset loadout, which can be called into battle for $6000. It's not cheap, but will let you use your favourite weapon to lay waste.
