The home team for the first CDL event has one of the most promising rosters ahead of the new season.

The 2020 CDL Season launch is fast approaching, in what is viewed as one of the most anticipated CoD events of all time.

The first event for the new season will be hosted by the Minnesota Rokkr, let's take a closer look at who they will be fielding during the first event for the CDL 2020.

SiLLY: Consistently on Top

Justin "SiLLY" Fargo-Palmer is an AR slayer for the Minnesota RØKKR, SiLLY is best known for his World Championship win in 2018 with Evil Geniuses on Call of Duty: WWII.

SiLLY started competing during Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, but didn't really become a regular name in the scene until Advanced Warfare. Once he had joined eUnited for the Infinite Warfare season, he became a household name by winning the Atlanta Open; he has won over $300,000 in prize money during his career. GodRx and Asim: Reliable Slayer's

Adam "GodRX" Brown and Obaid "Asim" Asim are the next two players on this Minnesota roster, Both players experienced breakout seasons last year as we witnessed their stock and value grow throughout the season.

GodRx was one of the stars on a consistent Engima6 roster last season, the SMG slayer was one of the best performing players during the CWL Champs event this past year.

Asim was one of the shining stars on FaZe Black's roster at the beginning of the season and eventually found his way onto the main roster.

Keep an eye out for these two players on Minnesota next season as they could be some of the stars for the league.

Assault and Alexx: Bounce Back Season

Adam "Assault" Garcia and Alex "Alexx" Carpenter are the final two members rounding out this Minnesota Rokkr roster.

The former much like his teammate SiLLY is best known for his MVP performance during the CWL Champs 2018, while Alexx is one of the best known European players that has experienced a breakout over the last two years.

Both players experienced up and down seasons during Black Ops 4 but will be looking to make their mark at the first event for the CDL 2020.
