Where To Find Obsidian
Obsidian is a resource you can find in ARK Survival Evolved. It can be located in caves and on mountains with the appearance of a smooth black rock. Whitesky Peak and Volcano are full of Obsidian rocks. You can also find it on peaks around The Island. If you're playing on the Scorched Earth map you'll find it in the artifact caves. Further into your gameplay, Obsidian will become really useful as you can eventually turn it into Polymer which can be used for crafting. You'll need a Metal Pick to harvest the resource.
