Apex Legends Season 4 is here, and the game is just getting bigger and better.
While the Sentinel may be the newest weapon to be added, today we’re focusing on the M600 Spitfire, a bullet-spewing LMG.
The Spitfire
Part of the game’s original lineup of guns, the Spitfire is slower than its cousin, the Devotion, but it deals much higher damage thanks to using heavy ammo.
Here's our guide to using the M600 Spitfire.
Where to Find The Spitfire
The Spitfire is likely to be found in mid-tier loot areas and higher – so it’s a fairly safe bet you’ll happen across one.

What Attachments And Ammo Does It Take?
The Spitfire can use Holo, HCOG, Variable Holo and Variable AOG sights, as well as the standard stock, extended heavy mag and standard stock.
It holds 35 bullets by default, but we’d recommend making an extended heavy mag a priority.

Spitfire Tips And Tricks
The Spitfire fire slowly, has a long reload time, and one of the slowest walking speeds when aiming down the sights – so why consider it?
It’s simple, really – the weapon packs so much of a punch, that each shot can do a huge amount of damage. When you consider it fires 512 rounds per minute and it only takes 11 body shots to kill a fully armoured enemy, it’s worth grabbing out on the battlefield.
