In order to get the True Demon Ending in Shin Megami Tensei 3: Nocturne HD, you have to complete the Labyrinth of Amala before you enter the Tower of Kagutsuchi, which is the final dungeon.

After you complete the Labyrinth, you will get the True Demon Ending no matter what you do so start grinding and have those big buff spells ready because you’re going to need them.

Completing the Labyrinth of Amala is one of the game’s most difficult tasks, as players will have to defeat a number of grueling bosses and the labyrinth itself is also pretty long.
