Cyberconnect2 announced the first set of Demon Slayer: The Hinokami DLC characters , Akaza and Rui, set for release on November 4.
The developers also released a detailed video overview of Akaza and Rui's gameplay. The video showcased some new features for the demons and pitted the DLC characters against AI-controlled foes in the game.
Fans and players who've picked up the Demon Slayer anime and manga series will likely recognize some attacks that Akaza and Rui pull off, as, much like the main game, it's true to the source material.
Both DLC characters are notable villains in the Demon Slayer series. Every prominent Demon foe in Demon Slayer has their own techniques that showcase their strength and even a beautiful style in executing it on their foes.

Demon Slayer Hinokami Chronicles: Akaza, Rui DLC Now Available, Moveset Showcased
As of now, Akaza and Rui are the first Demon characters to add to the game's roster early on. The game currently has a severe lack of playable Demons which makes games look like a brawl of the good guys most of the time.
Moving forward, the DLC characters of this game could fill up more Demons as more updates drop in, but we'll just have to wait and see what CyberConnect2 has in store.
