Animal Crossing's Happy Home Paradise DLC Has An Airport Bug, Nintendo's Working On A Fix

Players are running into problems when visiting Resident Services and asking to remodel a resident’s home. If the airport gates are open when doing this, that specific condition is causing numerous gameplay bugs, hindering a player's experience. Adding to this, Nintendo stated:

Animal Crossing New Horizons players who own the Happy Home Paradise DLC may experience gameplay bugs if they visit Resident Services and ask to remodel a resident’s home while the gates at their airport are open.

Thankfully, Nintendo has recognised the problem, announcing that a fix is coming later this month, though we don't know when that'll go live. In the meantime, players should keep their airport gates closed on their island if attempting to remodel resident houses.
