New Horizon's Winter Update has now gone live for players all over the world.
This will be the last major update for Animal Crossing this year, and it may be the biggest update yet.
There is a lot to check out within the new update, including the upcoming Toy Day event.
Another aspect that has received some additions is the DIY recipes.
With the snow falling all over the map, there are new materials that can be found all over your island.
This means new recipes are being found by players as the Winter Update kicks into full speed.

Snowflake
One of the new materials that have been added along with the Winter Update is Snowflakes.
These delicate Snowflakes can be used for a variety of different crafts and can be obtained by shooting them out of the air.
As noted above, there are multiple items you can craft with this material, and here are some of them down below:
- Iceberg Flooring - 10 Snowflakes
- Iceberg Wall - 10 Snowflakes
- Ski-Slope Flooring - 8 Snowflakes
- Ski-Slope Wall - 8 Snowflakes
- Snowflake Porchette - 6 Snowflakes
- Snowflake Wall - 12 Snowflakes
- Snowflake Wreath - 4 Snowflakes
As of now, these are the only new recipes found within the Winter Update.
