How to exfil in Modern Warfare 3 zombies

Modern Warfare 3's zombies mode is kind of a mixture between your traditional Call of Duty zombies mode and Modern Warfare 2's DNZ mode. This means that it shares DNZ's extraction-based looter shooter elements but on a map that's crawling with zombies.

Your primary goal is going to be dropping into the map, collecting loot while mowing down zombies, and finally, exfiltrating with your squad to retain your collected valuables. This guide will help you with the last step of that process, namely how you can exfil in Modern Warfare 3 zombies.

How to Exfil in Modern Warfare 3 Zombies

The maximum time limit of the Modern Warfare 3's zombies mode is one hour. During this time, players have the freedom to explore the area, but they need to stay aware that an Aether Storm will start closing in after the 45-minute mark.

With only a 15-minute window to exfiltrate, it's crucial for players to act swiftly and start moving as soon as the 45-minute mark approaches. Make sure to bring all the items you've collected over with you into the next match—time is of the essence!

At this point, you and your party will need to find and hurry over to one of the exfil points on the map. Once you arrive there, call the helicopter and wait a while for it to arrive. Once it's there, you will have around twenty to thirty seconds to get on board, after which it will slowly start taking off.

It's also important to note that the zombies will attempt to get on the ride with you, so it's your job to shoot them off to make a daring escape. It's certainly a point of difference from the DNZ game mode that this edition of Zombies took inspiration from.

Once the helicopter takes flight, you and your squad are finally good to go. The end screen of the zombies mode will show you the total number of tasks you have completed and the zombies you've killed.
