How to unlock Druid Spirit Boons

To unlock Diablo 4 Druid Spirit Boons, you'll need to reach level 15 so you can receive a quest called Spirits of the Lost Grove. However, you'll also need to progress and level up a bit further, since you need to conquer Tur Dulra Stronghold in the Scosglen region.

Once you've done that, you'll be able to start the Spirits of the Lost Grove quest, which will free an aspect of the ancient forest. Upon returning to Tur Dulra Stronghold, the NPC, Aldreth, will inform you about the various animal aspects that you can give offerings to.

Druidic Spirit Offerings and Animal Spirits

Before we talk about the Diablo 4 best Druid Spirit Boons, let's discuss the special currency that you need, the Druidic Spirit Offerings. This type of item can drop randomly from enemy kills. As such, just keep eliminating more monsters and foes to continue amassing more of these.

Once you have enough, check the four animal spirits in Tul Dulra: the Wolf, Eagle, Deer, and Snake.

  • The Wolf, Eagle, and Deer have buffs that are unlocked in a specific order, with increasing costs in Druidic Spirit Offerings.
  • The Snake, meanwhile, mistrusts people. As such, you'll need to offer a lump sum of 100 Druidic Spirit Offerings right from the get-go. However, doing so unlocks all of its boons for the selection pool.

Choosing the Best Diablo 4 Druid Spirit Boons

And, finally, let's talk about the best Druid Spirit Boons in Diablo 4. To make your selection, simply open your character menu and switch to the Spirit Boons tab. There, you'll see all the ones that you've unlocked. Again, remember that you can only have one buff from an Animal Spirit at any given time.

Moreover, take note that the build I personally use relies primarily on Storm Strike and Tornado for my character's attacks. I also have Wolves and Poison Creeper as Druid Companions, along with Earthen Bulwark as my Defensive Skill.

Given the above, I've chosen the following:

  • Wolf: Packleader - Considering the usage of Wolves and Poison Creeper, a passive that can reduce their cooldowns is certainly worthwhile.
  • Eagle: Scythe Talons or Avian Wrath - Scythe Talons is great when you're just leveling up, since you're likely to need the extra critical strike chance. Later, though, once you have better gear, Avian Wrath provides more DPS throughput, thanks to higher critical damage.
  • Deer: Wariness - This is mostly to improve your survivability at higher difficulties, especially once you encounter more elites.
  • Snake: Calm Before the Storm or Overload - Druids that rely heavily on Nature Magic in general certainly benefit a lot from Calm Before the Storm. Still, Overload is quite good if you use Storm Strike, along with Aspects that boost it further.
Our suggestions here are based on our build and playthrough. As such, you might want to prioritize other facets depending on how you want to build your Druid character.
